The Fair Catalogue will incorporate general information of the Fair and details on all exhibitors. It will be available to exhibitors and trade visitors at the exhibition. An advertisement in this publication further ensures your company year-round exposure when the directory is kept as a source of reference and guide.

Note:

1. Over-subscribed advertising space will be assigned by ballot. In case of any dispute, HKTDC reserves the right to make the final decision.
2. Deadline for application: 1 September 2009
3. Type area should not exceed 100 mm (W) x 190 mm (H).
4. Please supply offset four colour positive film (emulsion side down, right reading, screen line 133 for B/W, 150 for full colour) with colour proofing.
5. Production cost incurred as a result of advertising material being supplied in an incorrect format will be charged to the advertiser.
6. Deadline for submission of film 8 September 2009
   
7. Film submitted after deadline will not be included.
8. The HKTDC reserves the right to correct or reject any advertisement at her discretion.
9. All advertisers are advised to ensure the film submitted is in order as no colour-proof will be provided for approval.
10. All orders must be accompanied with full payment in appropriate amount by bank cheque / draft made payable to "HONG KONG TRADE DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL".
